For about 40 years Cometal has been specializing as leader firm in carrying out steel constructions, realizing in Italy and worldwide big turnkey projects ranging from viaducts to airports, from hangars to railroad stations, from industrial buildings to power plants, from multifloor buildings to fair pavilions and others.

Along the path, quality has been always playing a fundamental role to Cometal, with a 360-degree awareness of its importance: from design to production, from operating management to customer service.

This highly professional feature allowed Cometal not only to raise its standards and to place amongst the very first firms in steel construction trade but it also let it gain - from July 13th, 1995 - the UNI EN ISO 9001 certification in EA 17 and 28 accreditation sectors, relating design, fabrication and installation of steel structures and complementary works for civil and industrial buildings, steel structures for supporting trellises and bridges. The natural next step was the attainment of the new certification UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 on the 6th of October, 2003.
